Notice:  Client Payment Accounts

Effective Date:  January 1, 2023

Dear Clients,

Christian Counseling Associates is transitioning to a new organization, Christian Counseling Group, LLC. The location will remain 9650 Santiago Rd, Suite 102, Columbia, MD, 21045. During the beginning months of the transition, there may need to be a suspension of insurance payments until we can re-contract or modify existing insurance provider payor contracts. What this means is that until we can get this process re-instituted, we will move to self-pay for visits during the months of January/February. We are working as diligently as we can to get these contracts back in place for the therapists joining CCG, LLC. We will be in touch regarding new payment authorizations as well as scheduling January appointments.

We understand that this might make it more difficult for you to receive your services and we will do everything we can to work with you on pricing services during these few months. Therefore, we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and appreciate your patience as we transition the business into the new organization while continuing to provide you with the same level of Christian counseling services. If you are already a self-pay client then you can continue with your current fee. There will be a need for all clients to update their paperwork for the new group. We will ask you to complete these prior first appointment in January.

Attached you will find the billing rates sheet that will assist you in your planning. We can make available superbill to assist you with your requests for reimbursement from your insurance providers. Appointments can be made starting the first week of January 3, 2023.
